These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sheesh website (sheeshatx.com) and online ordering service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online Orders

All orders placed through sheeshatx.com/order are for pickup at the Sheesh food truck. Orders are prepared after payment is received and confirmed.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order. All prices are listed in US dollars and include the item price. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. All sales are final.

Order Pickup

Orders should be picked up at the Sheesh food truck window. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready. Please pick up your order promptly.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled through the website. If there is an issue with your order, please speak to our staff at the truck. We will make it right.

SMS Notifications

By entering your phone number during checkout on sheeshatx.com and placing an order, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Sheesh related to that order (order confirmation, order-ready notification, and a one-time request to review your order). Message frequency: up to 3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Your phone number and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Menu & Availability

Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Items may become unavailable during service. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.

Allergen Notice

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Please inform our staff of any allergies when picking up your order.

Limitation of Liability

Sheesh is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or consumption of our food products beyond the cost of the order itself.
